BaZi or Zi Wei?
BaZi is stronger on long-range structure: what kind of life this is, what each decade is for. Zi Wei is stronger on domains — career, marriage and wealth each get their own palace, and practitioners tend to use it for specific, near-term questions.
If you know your exact birth time and want detail on one area, a Zi Wei reading of that palace beats a second BaZi opinion. If you only pick one system, pick BaZi — it needs less precision to be useful.
